The SBL program plays a vital role in supporting the operational readiness of the U.S. Navy by ensuring ships are fully stocked, supplied, and mission-ready. Through the SourceAmerica AbilityOne Program, individuals with disabilities are empowered with meaningful employment that directly contributes to essential federal operations. James’s long-standing service is a testament to the value and impact of supportive employment.

A Jacksonville native and proud Sandalwood High School Class of 2010 graduate, James brings energy, loyalty, and a strong work ethic to everything he does—whether it’s supporting his team or cheering on his beloved Jacksonville Jaguars. Beyond the workplace, James is an active volunteer at Celebration Church, where he continues to uplift and serve his community.
